Perfect espresso. Great mouthfeel,dark fruit and syrup flavour really stand out.👍
I’m still dialling this coffee in. I prefer dark fruity coffees served black and this brew fits the bill. Using a df64 grinder with elektra micro casa, I found the consistency I had used for square mile (10) to be unsuitable for this coffee. Initially Gloria’s coffee mostly absorbed the water and the result was under extracted. I haven’t perfected it yet. Maybe it will be 11.5 but it is more rewarding with each pass.
Lots of depth of flavour which grows on you with each cup, favourite blend I've found so far
coffee delicious. well worth the cost and good to support women growers. parcel well packaged and efficiently delivered by Royal mail parcel post.
