Girls Who Grind Coffee Prospectus

The Mission
Girls Who Grind Coffee exists to champion women across the coffee supply chain. We’ve built a brand that resonates, from our loyal retail following to our successful partnership with Selfridges. Now, we are preparing for a major step-change in our reach and impact.

The Goal
To meet the growing demand for our coffee, we are investing in high-capacity roasting and automated infrastructure. This expansion will allow us to bring our mission-led coffee to a much wider national audience while maintaining the uncompromising quality and ethics we are known for.

The Invitation
We are seeking a small group of experienced women to join our Advisory Board. This is a voluntary, non-executive role designed to provide strategic oversight and expert "brain power" as we scale our operations. We are looking for expertise in:

  • National Retail & Commercial: Leaders who understand the complexities of scaling brands into premium national retail and grocery environments.

  • Operations & Technical: Experts in scaling production, manufacturing workflow, and food safety compliance.

  • Strategy & Infrastructure: Strategic thinkers who can help us navigate premises moves and large-scale capital projects.

The Commitment

  • Quarterly Meetings: One 90-minute session (remote-friendly).

  • Ad-hoc Support: Occasional strategic "sanity checks" on key decisions.

  • Term: An initial 12-month commitment.

The Value Exchange
While this is a non-paid role, you will be an integral part of a high-growth, mission-driven brand. You’ll work alongside other accomplished women, have a direct impact on a feminist supply chain, and receive a regular supply of the best coffee in the UK.
