Rosalinda Shroeder has been involved in coffee production since she was 7 years old. It grew into a passion that has stayed with her. For years she and her husband focused exclusively on Arabica coffee, but four years ago, they decided to experiment with growing robusta on a small scale. The results were better than expected and this lot won 5th place in a local competition.
A medium roast profile brings out tasting notes of almond, dark chocolate, and nutmeg. Enjoy it best as a big chewy espresso or a full-bodied, full-flavoured filter.
